Hey, I’m Coach Vinit, founder of VINITACTIVE Coaching, and I’ve been helping people transform their bodies and lifestyles for over 5 years.
Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — but it wasn’t always easy. I started just like many others: confused by all the advice, trying every workout and diet I could find, and still not seeing lasting results. That struggle taught me one important lesson — fitness isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what’s right for you.
Over the past few years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients — from busy professionals and students to complete beginners — helping them build strength, lose fat, and create habits that actually stick.
